The development of Basque translation - Xabier Mendiguren Bereziartu

This article analyses the evolution undergone by translation into Basque in the course of the centuries, with its various understandings and viewing it as part of the general context of world translation history. A point is made about the relevance of translation nowadays among us, as well as about the process leading to a norm for the Basque language, with some ideas about its likely future developments.
